I started this free trial 11 days ago and still no movies, emailed them to ask if they really expected my business if I can't even get 1 disk in a week from their offer, got the standard email about availability. It seems I am an unreasonable and unrealistic person to expect to pay them a set fee each month AND watch films I want to watch, like new releases. Seems I can have as many old films a month as I want and no new films or go somewhere else, glad I didn't cancel Lovefilm before starting this trial so some new releases are getting through and they have more choice.
