is bacon safe that has been opened in the fridge for a week?
It still smells OK? How would I know if it was off? My wife is pregnant, so I want to be careful...

Bacon tends to go green and smell when its off. I have used 2 week old bacon not problems.0

Next time you buy a pack of bacon I would get a bacon box to keep it in. Keeps better if not exposed to the air.:wave:0
