Solar panel claim

I am trying to ascertain whether this is genuine. My planet installed panels then went out of business.
I was approached by Energy advice centre in Halifax, i checked companies house and they are genuine.
I was passed on to Claim Resolution Services Ltd who also appear genuine on companies house, who would submit a claim for compensation. taking part of the claim for the work done.
Has anyone used them or had success with claim against My planet please?

If they have gone bust then if they don’t have any assets where is your compensation coming from?  I assume Halifax Energy Advice Centre will get a commission and Claim Resolution Services will take a big chunk of any compensation.  If you have a claim, register it yourself with the administrator of My Planet.  What are you claiming compensation for?

If the company you dealt with was My Planet Energy Ltd, it is in liquidation and the liquidator is the Official Receiver in Leeds, details here: https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/12890431/insolvency.   If the OR is liquidator it is very likely that there is nothing left in the company for unsecured creditors such as you.  

If you paid My Planet any part of the cost by credit card, your best bet is to claim from the credit card company.
