The Prize Draw ends 23:59 on 14th December 2025. Entries after this date will not be counted. One entry per person/email address.

Ringtons will select 1 winner at random from all entries received. The winner will be notified via phone or email w/c 15th December, which will include further details on how to claim the prize. Winners must respond within three working days to claim the prize allowing time for the prize to be arranged/ posted ahead of Christmas. If the prize hasn’t been claimed within three working days, we will reselect a winner at random, and notify a new winner.

Upon entering in to the competition draw, participants agree for their data to be added to the Ringtons mailing list and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. Participants can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time using the links in the footer of all Ringtons email communications.

By participating in this competition, entrants agree that they have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Participants must be 18+ and a resident of the UK.

Employees of Ringtons Ltd are not eligible to take part and any such entries will be null and void.

The prize is non exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.

Ringtons reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.

For the purpose of sending out the prize the winners will be asked for their contact details. These contact details will only be used for sending out the prize and for any relevant communication regarding the Prize Draw. Contact details will not be used beyond this purpose, unless you agree otherwise.

Ringtons shall use and take care of any personal data that you supply to it as described in its privacy policy, a copy of which can be seen here, and in accordance with data protection legislation.

Ringtons reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Ringtons Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Ringtons will not accept responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

Ringtons accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Prize Draw or accepting the prize.

Ringtons Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
