Is the 7k ground rent in your SOA somewhere. As in do you have to find that on top of what your SOA says your monthly bills are. I'm just thinking for next year as most options you take for your debts are going to prevent you putting it on a c card next time it's dueDebtmess2010 said:@sourcrates yes I'm planning to make affordability claims against the CU loan which was £18k when I was up to my eyes in it , they done 0 checks ! Also mbna credit limits of 12k and 9.5k ( none of my cards are maxed out and my credit is still good as I've made payments up to date but this will stop come January) just to add my ground rental is £7k per year which is what I've been paying on a lump sum each year with the plan to pay back each month but hasn't worked out and the debt has j6st spiralledJan 18 Joint debts 35,213

Yes it's the rental figure on the SOA...Just to add that my employer's have been really helpful they're a small family run business and they're looking into me doing a Saturday shift (5hrs) which would be an extra £280 per month I hoping to hear back from them shortly...so from next year I'll be paying my rental fees monthly over 10 months ( I've just used the £585 figure for the SOA ) so 10 months I'll be paying £700 then 2 months rent free, I only paid off in a lump sum as I thought I'd have 12 months rather than the 10 months to pay but it didn't work out like that unfortunately...I've always been terrible with money which is why my ex dealt with the finances, anyway its time to face up to it all and get it all sorted....thank you0
