Secured loan with Picture home loans

Hi all 
Found out recently a charging order was placed on my property over 6 years ago by picture home loans, however due to it not showing as default even though no further payments have been made since 2018 I'm unsure how to get this sorted and removed off my credit file or even if I can.
Been to FOS, FSCS,ICO etc however no one seems to know how to deal with this god forsaken company who have been a nightmare since 2006. I'm needing some help or advice on how to sort this out, the loan has been paid off, however now all of a sudden apparently I owe more interest which I have argued since 2018, to be no further forward.
Picture no longer exist, it is now apparently with a debt collection agency called elmwood park who I have had no dealings with at all. Any help, support or advice would be appreciated

Contact Elmwood and see where the land lies.

If the debt is secured the 6 year default falling off your credit record does not apply.

However the debt collection agency will probably have no knowledge of charging orders - they have bought the debt and wish to collect that.
If you come to an agreement to pay back either a part settlement or full, make sure they agree (and have the means) to remove the order.  You might have to discuss with a solicitor if it gets messy.
