D. THE PRIZES

NH Ghent Collection

1. 2-night stay with breakfast at the NH Ghent Collection for two people in a superior room. 
2. The prize includes parking, city tax, and a welcome drink upon arrival. 
3. The prize will need to be redeemed by 30th November 2026, and the prize must be booked at least one month in advance of the desired travelling dates. 
4. One evening meal for two people is included. There is a limit of €100 per person including food and drinks. The choice of restaurant will be selected by Visit Flanders once the stay has been booked. 
5. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
    

Ghent City Cards 

1. The winner will receive Ghent City Cards for two people, and these can be collected from the Tourist Office. 
2. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
    

 

LeShuttle Ticket

i. The LeShuttle Short Stay ticket is for a car and up to 9 passengers. All travelling dates and times are subject to availability and must be booked in advance of travel. Ticket must be booked within one year from issue. Return must be completed by midnight (local time) on the fifth calendar day. ii. The winner is responsible for arranging their own vehicle for LeShuttle travel. LeShuttle's standard terms and conditions of carriage apply. These are available at www.leshuttle.com/uk-en/legal-information/conditions-of-carriage

iii. The LeShuttle Short Stay ticket does not include travel insurance, fuel, toll charges, food and drink, spending money, tax, pet travel costs or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above, and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize, are the responsibility of the winner.

iv. The winner will be responsible for ensuring that they (and any people travelling with them) are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents. Provide Advance Passenger Information (API) and has appropriate travel insurance and car insurance (including motor breakdown cover) for the trip in question on the travel dates specified.
