    Morning all
Just hung some towels out but it's very calm and damp out there so I think a spin in the tumbledryer later is on the cards.
My mum and nan were great knitters and not bad at crochet @TravellingAbuela but all I could manage was a knitted scarf.  I still have a few baby clothes and shawl that my mum knitted for my 2 somewhere!
No plans today with chinese chicken curry for dinner
Have a good day all x

    Morning all

Dry here and meant to stay dry all day, I hope so as the grass is desperate for a cut. And I still need to sort the garden for winter.

DD and I had a good day yesterday we got quite a bit of shopping done in good old primark and a few bits in TK maxx, we then left there and tried to get into the outlet centre, after being stuck in a queue for an hour we managed a right turn and got out of there, I think we would have been stuck for at least another hour, we may try again in a few weeks and possibly take the train.

I need to pull everything out and see exactly what I’ve got and sort it between Christmas and Birthdays but I think I am nearly there.

Dinner tonight will be cottage pie with veg,I will get it prepared this morning and then it’s ready to pop in the oven later.

Camelot I hope you are continuing to improve xx

Have good days all and take care xx

Hello everyone, glad the scan went ok Gers.
    Coxy hope DH is ok.
Dp1, good to know LO is feeling a bit better and up to crafting.
Snoozer, hope Esben enjoyed his birthday.
TA, my dear Gran was a wonderful knitter but I don't think she ever really tried crochet. She made a beautiful white blanket for DS1's christening which I still have & cherish. She used to make all my cardis and jumpers for my 2 DB's. Well done to your DGD, my skills are limited to granny squares really but quite enjoy that.
Been out with DH this morning dog walking, met a few dogs Lenny could say hello to. Still lots of fireworks here last night.
I've got a beef joint in the slow cooker for later, will try to time the meal so we don't miss too much of the football :)
Apart from that a lazy day here, take care all.
