Have you received professional advice about the strength or otherwise of your claim?

Constructive unfair dismissal is a very hard claim to win. It is often reported that only about 3% of such claims that get as far as an ET hearing are won. Obviously some others are settled beforehand.

Plenty of people represent themselves. Very few indeed, whether represented or not, win a claim for constructive dismissal. Be aware that the whole process is likely to be extremely unpleasant, time consuming and taxing - and  even if you win, it could by a pyrrhic victory if it's reported (especially in the local press) and a potential employer picks up the details. Unfair? Life isn't fair.
