What price will Bailey's 1L go to this Christmas?

I normally wait until Bailey's 1L is reduced to £10 before buying at Christmas. But I haven't seen it reduced to this price yet. What price do you think it will fall to this Christmas?

I’m off to get mine today, plus one for adding to hot chocolate meanwhile.

I wouldn't be surprised if it only got down to £12, everything has increased so much of late.  Though I might be wrong, it could be a loss leader at a time when people are stocking up on sprouts and stuffing. Maybe 2 weeks before christmas.  IIRC a couple of years ago it happened at the start of december and then went up to normal price

The issue being that it's 22 quid without a Nectar card.

At Tesco's just now, a 70cl bottle of Bailey's is only £9.00 with a Clubcard, which works out at £12.86 per litre, so better value than their 1 litre bottle at £14.00. Seemed to be flying off the shelves.

If in doubt - do something. (With fond memories of Harry Chapin)

Yes I think some retailer will bring it down to £9 at some point, but it will probably be short-lived and I'll miss out, like last year. By the way I'm currently going through a litre bottle of Lidl Deluxe Irish Cream, same strength 17%, and I actually prefer it as it has a warm finish ... £10.99 when I bought last Tuesday.
