I wish to ask if anyone can advise where I can see a property price calculator in order to see the actual value of my property in April of 1991. I know the estimated value was between £88.000 and £120.000 but what the true value was and is a mystery.

although I don't think the VOA will accept valuations via this Nationwide data as evidence when challenging a council tax band as it is not specific enough to an individual location.

For CT purposes, properties are not valued to the nearest £, their value is just stated to be within the parameters of the relevant band.

This CAN'T be used as evidence if you challenge your band
