Thank you for all your help.I will request the CCA and let you know how I get on.0

Is this the correct letter to send to ask for the CCA?thanks

Yes that's the one, remember to enclose the £1 fee. They often just send that payment back so if paying by postal order leave it blank so you can use it for something else.1

Thank you. Done. I'll let this thread know their response.0

I have received reply letters to my CCA request stating they have requested these from Lloyds Banking group and "once received we will post them on your online account" "for you to view and download".I don't have an online account with them.Should they be sending these as a hardcopy to my address when they get them? I have previously requested in writing that all contact to be made by letter as per GDPR. They refused stating they have my phone number but not my email address and will continue to use my phone number too.The letters also said to "please set up an affordable payment plan on our website or call our friendly team ..."0

These days they are more prone to be sent electronically.
I have known letters sent by this method, but not CCA`s, interesting.
If/when, they reply to you, you simply click on the link, it will take you to their website, you may have to enter an account number and your DOB, for data protection purposes, but then you should be able to view what they send you.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards. Well that's a new one.
Just looked to see if 'give' was defined by the FCA.
It suggests that the copy should be sent by second class post

As they are proposing to post it where you can't see it, I think there is a very strong argument to say that they haven't complied.
The link explains what non-compliance means for you1
