Thank you for posting.

For anyone using Firefox, the sign up form wouldn't appear for me (even with adblocker turned off) but appeared fine on Chrome.

Didn't work for me in Chrome, I used incognito but the form only appeared after I'd accepted cookies (I didn't get that option in Chrome).
