Terms & Conditions

• Prize is for 2 adults and 2 children under 16 years old
• Recipients must travel at the same time with the same itinerary
• At least one traveller must be aged 18 or over; anyone under 18 requires parent/guardian permission
• Economy flights from major international airports in London only (inclusive of all applicable taxes, fees, and duties) to Calgary, Canada; flights may be indirect
• Travel arrangements to/from home and London airport are not included
• Valid credit or debit card required for accommodation security deposit
• Accommodation is for 2 adults and 2 children sharing one quadruple log cabin; meals, incidentals, and gratuities not included
• Prize excludes meals, drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, visas, and personal expenses
• All elements of the prize are subject to availability; alternatives may be offered if unavailable
• Winners must provide three preferred travel dates in separate months, no later than six weeks prior to departure
• Travel insurance is subject to restrictions; additional costs may apply for pre-existing conditions or travellers aged 70+
• All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled
• Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative available
• All travellers require a passport valid for at least 6 months on date of travel
• Prize cannot be taken during Christmas/New Year (21st Dec - 4th Jan), UK public holidays, or Easter Sunday
• Prize is valid for 12 months from notification of winning; all travel must be completed within that time
• For rental car: named driver must be 21+, with a full clean driving license held for over one year; supplementary costs may apply for drivers 25 or under or with less than three years' experience
• Day tour to Canadian Rockies is not wheelchair accessible
• Horseback trail ride: minimum age 8, maximum weight 113kg
• Night tour: minimum age 6, takes place December-March; alternative activity provided if not traveling during this period
