• Neither promoter shall be held responsible for any additional expenses incurred by participants in connection with this trip. This includes, but is not limited to, costs related to travel to or from the location, travel insurance, equipment hire, and any other expenses not explicitly stated as included in the prize. *  Winner will be selected at random and will be contacted via email after the competition closes on 3rd November 2025. The winner has 7 days to claim their prize. If the winner has not contacted the Promoter within this time period or is not able or available to accept the prize for any reason which is beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another Participant from all and eligible entries received. *  The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
