Hi,

I have 2 separate questions, 

Ive just had the warm home discount added to my account, I’m with EDF. I want to change companies asap, will they refund the £150 to me or just move it to the new company? 

I want to go back to British Gas, will they give me a IHD and I need to pay my monthly dd on the 25th of every month will they allow this.

Answering half of one question - no, BG will not give you an IHD.

If your account is in Credited once your final bill is produced (based on actual readds agreed with new supplier) , you will be refunded. If in debit you'll pay the balance.
