Redundancy payment is my business only. Next plan is my business only
You might want to review how you come across in written comms if you truly believe you weren't being snippy. It won't help job applications if you're unaware of the tone of the written word. "I'd prefer not to disclose personal info" would have been a perfectly reasonable response.

Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.

I wanted to check to be sure. I'm not being snippy in the slightest, I just want to keep my business to myself. I needed financial advice and I was told this would be a good place to come and ask. I forget however that humans still roam these forums, and you will always do your best to  belittle anyone you can at any time

Good to know that this is not the place to come in future
Your belittling of those trying to help you is extremely rude.   If you take that attitude into job interviews and the workplace, you won't get very far.  It's probably a good idea that you don't come back with that attitude.

Anyway, you have your answer and it is no.   (thread reported for moderator to close to avoid the OP provoking any further)
I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.

No-one here will give you financial advice. If you require financial advice, you will need to contact a regulated advisor. Either a whole-of-market Independent Financial Advisor or a tied-salesforce Financial Advisor.

...and they would be able to explain to OP that although they can't withdraw the funds from NEST given they are only 50, there may be a way to use those funds to help establish a fledging business (but of course we don't know if that's the way OP plans to go, so not worth expanding on something on a 'just in case' basis).
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!
