The weekend break prize consists of flights, transfers and 4* hotel accommodation for 3 nights. The date of the weekend to be mutually agreed.

1. All additional costs, such as transport to the airport, will be the responsibility of the winner.
2. Employees and their families of Vinopolis and Tagus Creek or anyone connected with promotion are not eligible to participate.
3. No cash alternatives available.
4. Other prizes consist of: 5 pairs of Vinopolis Discovery tour tickets and a case of regular Tagus Creek wine (the winner will have a choice of red, white or ros!, excludes Grande Vinho).
5. Winner may be required to take part in publicity.
6. Closing date for entries 01/09/08. The prize draw will be held on 15/09/08, winners will be picked at random and notified.
7. The promoter will not be liable for damage, loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) arising from personal injury, death, loss of, or damage to property which is suffered in connection with this promotion, except to the extent that liability can not be excluded by law.
8. The decision of the promoter is final in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Vinopolis reserves the right to vary admission prices and opening times without prior notice.

Did the same to me. Get rid of any forward slashes in your DOB and put in - (dash) instead
