Lucky neighbours 🤣 can see two properties in the building that are 2 bed 2 bath 87sqm and Band C.  It’s really frustrating that I am paying the same council tax as these.

If that area is correct (and having spent 35 years measuring properties, I have my doubts) then I would suggest their band is too low. We really need some sold prices to get some sort of context.

I had a look on EPC out of interest and it also has 87sqm and 91sqm for the two I was referring to… Unless the submissions were rogue when the building was converted to flats in 2009 then I’ve no idea. 

Do you mean last sold prices of the properties where 1990 days isn’t available?

Any sold prices of the different type of flats at about the same time would be useful, especially the initial sales
