By entering the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. If any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
2. All entrants must be aged 18 or over and residents of the UK.
3. To qualify, entrant must fill in the form between 9am Friday 17th October 2025 and 6pm Friday 17 January 2026.
4. All applicable entries will automatically be entered into the draw.
5. Winner of the Contest will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Promoter.
6. Winner will be drawn no later than 17 February 2026 and will be notified via email or phone to the email address/phone number they entered the contest with within seven (7) days following the winner selection.
7. Prize: One winner will receive £1,000 Holiday Voucher.
8. The winner will have until 30 June 2026 to redeem the Prize.
9. The winner must be the lead passenger on any booking made.
10. The Prize is valid only for bookings made with The Spear Travels Group and cannot be used with any Third Party.
11. The Prize may only be redeemed against a new ATOL bonded package holiday booked through The Spear Travels Group.
12. The Prize cannot be used against the balance on an existing booking or as a deposit only on a new booking.
13. The Prize must be used in full against one new booking.
14. The Prize may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or discount offered by The Spear Travels Group.
15. All normal booking conditions apply as per the Tour Operator brochure and The Spear Travels Group terms and conditions (available on request).
16. To redeem the Prize, the holder must present it to a member of staff when booking.
17. The original voucher must be presented and not a scanned or photocopied version.
18. The Prize is valid against any future travel date.
19. The winner must comply with holiday destination entry regulations including visa and covid requirements.
20. Travel insurance and expenses are not included in the prize and the customer is responsible for these elements.
21. Promoter employees and family of employees are not permitted to enter. If an employee family member is drawn, they will be disqualified, and a new winner will be selected.
22. The winner will have five (5) calendar days from receipt of the winning notification to:
    • Acknowledge the Prize via the instructions in the notification;
    • Provide a valid ID in the form of a passport or driver’s license; and
    • Confirm they wish to accept the Prize.
    • If a winner does not respond within 5 calendar days of notification, another winner will be selected at random from the remaining entries.
23. The Promoter’s announcement of the winners is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
24. Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. It cannot be used to buy rail tickets or to purchase flight-only arrangements (including all scheduled and low-cost airlines).
25. The Promoter shall not be responsible for damages, losses, or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the prize draw. Nothing in this condition shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury as a result of the Promoter’s negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentations committed by the Promoter.
26. No refunds against the Prize will be allowed except in the case of the Tour Operator cancelling the holiday, or if they should cease trading, in which case the Prize can be used against another package holiday booked with The Spear Travels Group after complying fully with CAA refund regulations.
27. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the Contest or amend these Terms and Conditions with or without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrant for doing so.
28. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
29. Winners may be asked to participate in non-paid publicity.
30. The winner(s) surnames and counties can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Hays Travel, Gilbridge House, Keel Square, Sunderland SR1 3HA, within thirty (30) calendar days after the Contest Period. If a winner objects to any or all of their surname and county being made available, the winner must notify the Promoter by writing to the address above, however, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
31. This offer is subject to the laws of England & Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
