Sprive - can you update when you move?

We use Sprive to chip away at the mortgage but having moved house I cannot see a way to change the lender in the app to ensure my rewards can be paid.
Is this an option and if not does anyone know how I can withdraw the rewards? We use it for as much as possible so between receiving our redemption statement and moving we have collected enough to want to withdraw it

At the moment, Sprive doesn’t allow you to change your mortgage provider directly in the app once it’s linked to a previous lender.-1
