One lucky family will win an unforgettable Parc Astérix adventure - with a free break for two adults and two children, complete with park tickets, overnight accommodation and breakfast.

Parc Astérix, just 35km north of Paris, is a destination that delights families and thrill-seekers alike. Based on the legendary world of Astérix and Obélix, it has more than 50 attractions and shows across six themed zones from Gaul and Ancient Greece to Rome, the Vikings and Egypt.

New for 2025 is Cétautomatix, a family spinning coaster unique in Europe and the first of its kind to use kinetic power: Inspired by the village blacksmith, it plunges visitors into his lively workshop, where specially designed vehicles spin and race along a 420m track through steep gradients, tight bends and sudden accelerations, reaching speeds of up to 45km/h.

For younger guests, the park has La Forêt d'Idéfix with child-friendly rides, play areas and water games, as well as the chance to meet Astérix, Obélix and friends. Adrenaline lovers can test Europe's record-breaking Toutatis, soar above Egypt on Ozlris, or brave the revamped wooden classic Tonnerre 2 Zeus. Shows add to the atmosphere, from daring dives in Les Plongeons de l'Olympe to the colourful Gaulish Parade and even a full-scale musical, C'est du Délire!. 

When you've worked up an appetite, you can choose from 36 food outlets across the park, with something to suit every appetite, from quick snacks to hearty meals. New for 2025, Les Fastes du Nil brings Egyptian flair with merguez burgers and pistachio-orange blossom desserts, all served in a bright, themed space inspired by Ancient Egypt.

And when the fun is over for the day, you can stay the night at one of three themed hotels: Les Quais de Lutèce recreates the banks of the Seine in 50 BC, La Cité Suspendue offers a Celtic forest escape, and Les Trois Hiboux provides a cosy woodland retreat. The prize needs to be taken by December 31, 2026, and does not include bank and school holidays.
