Moorcroft/Tesco Bank Loan

Hello all,
I'm managing my own DMP and my outstanding loan of c.£21k with Tesco Bank has been passed onto Moorcroft. Moorcroft are only the collection agent on behalf of Tesco.
The loan is fairly recent (within the last 3 years) so I haven't yet requested a CCA on the basis that it can probably be provided. I currently pay £20 a month via standing order to Moorcroft, as that's all I can afford right now.
The issue is that Moorcroft are calling me incessantly - often between 8-10 times a day. I have blocked the numbers, but they still keep leaving me voicemails. What is the advice in this situation? Should I stop all payments so they hand the account back to Tesco? Ask them to stop calling? Request a CCA?
Thank you.

Have you made an affordability complaint about the loan?
You cannot make a bank sell a debt. If you can only afford £20 a month, why not talk to them about this?0 -
Invoke your rights under GDPR.
You have the right to choose how you are to be contacted by companies, debt collectors etc.
You write them a letter stating that under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) you require them to contact you in writing only, and to remove your phone number from their systems.
Its the auto-dialler that is trying to connect with you, get them to remove your number, and you will get no more calls.
If they fail to comply you can then report them to the ICO and they could face quite a substantial fine, but you have to write and tell them first.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free wannabe, Credit file and ratings, and Bankruptcy and living with it boards.
