Unexpected £500 cheque!

I was having a really bad day yesterday.
Not an intention sob story, but the lowest I’ve felt for a while. Stressed, anxious, exhausted and I managed to catch the wrong train home and ended up going an hour further than where I wanted to go before returning home too late to cook dinner. I got back and felt really alone and a bit tearful.
Pulled myself together, opened the post after a long day… and was greeted with a £500 cheque.
Unbelievable!
I can’t locate the competition from the description but I think it might’ve been from the Take a Break thread, possibly Arrowwords.

Thank you to this wonderful community and everybody who contributes in some way to it. I’m sorry I can’t credit the poster directly as I’m not entirely sure which competition it relates to.
I don’t win very often - 4 wins of anything I think over 15 plus years, so this was a wonderful surprise!
