TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “Hits Radio England x Disney Plus x October 2025 Promo” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

These terms and conditions (the “Specific Terms”) for the Competition should be read alongside our general competition terms and conditions at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html (the “General Terms”) which will also apply to this Competition. Where there is any conflict between these Specific Terms and the General Terms, the Specific Terms shall prevail. 

1.ENTRY ROUTES AND COSTS	Entries are restricted to one entry per person. Entry to the Competition is available via the following routes: Online at: https://hellorayo.co.uk/hits-radio/competitions/win Online entry is free of charge.
2.COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN	Listeners must pre-register at https://hellorayo.co.uk/hits-radio/competitions/win to enter the Competition. Entrants must tell us how they or a friend/family member is bossing it at life. The entrant or nominated entrant must be female or identify as female, or is male and is nominating a female, as the prize is for an all-female networking event. All valid entries will be reviewed by a judging panel made up of members of the Hits Radio production team, the Production Manager, and an independent judge. Entries will be judged on how entertaining, compelling, heart-warming and deserving they are, based on the entrant’s story about how they are bossing it at life/ being successful in part of their life. The judging panel’s decisions are final, and no subsequent correspondence will be entered into about the decisions. 5 x entrants will be selected by the judging panel as winners. Winners will have to come on-air to discuss their story and how they are bossing it at life each day Monday – Friday during the Competition week. We will be shortlisting entries from the opening of the Competition on the 22/10/2025 at 00.01 until the close of the Competition online entry period on 29/10/2025 at 10:00. Being contacted during the shortlisting stage does not mean the entrant has been selected to progress in the Competition. Entrants will only move to the next stage — and be eligible to win — once the production team confirms they have been successful. If a nominated entrant is shortlisted, the original entrant will be responsible for contacting their nominated person and inviting them to contact Hits Radio to take part in the on-air Competition. Hits Radio cannot contact any nominees directly without their permission. If the nominated person declines to take part or is unavailable, the original entrant may be disqualified and an alternative entrant selected at the discretion of the production team. Once selected to progress to the on-air section of the Competition, the entrant or the entrant and their nominated person must be available between 9:00 – 12:00 the weekday before their designated Competition date. This is so we can record that designated competition round.  · The 1st winner and their nominated person will be selected on 23/10/2025 to take part in the competition that will be broadcast on the show on 27/10/2025. All parties must be available on 24/10/2025 between 9:00 – 12:00 · The 2nd winner and their nominated person will be selected on 24/10/2025 to take part in the competition that will be broadcast on the show on 28/10/2025. All parties must be available on 27/10/2025 between 9:00 – 12:00 · The 3rd winner and their nominated person will be selected on 25/10/2025 to take part in the competition that will be broadcast on the show on 29/10/2025. All parties must be available on 28/10/2025 between 9:00 – 12:00 · The 4th winner and their nominated person will be selected on 26/10/2025 to take part in the competition that will be broadcast on the show on 30/10/2025. All parties must be available on 29/10/2025 between 9:00 – 12:00 · The 5th winner and their nominated person will be selected on 27/10/2025 (entries to the competition close on 27/10/2025 at 10:00) to take part in the competition that will be broadcast on the show on 31/10/2025. All parties must be available on 30/07/2025 between 9:00 – 12:00 ON AIR STAGE: Once on air, the daily winner or the winners nominated person will take part will be asked to explain their entry or nomination and tell the on-air presenters how they, or their nominated person is bossing it at life. Entering online does not guarantee you will be invited to play the on-air game or win the prize. All final decisions will rest with the Hits Radio Production Team. The Hits Radio production team reserve the right to pre-record any part of this competition with contestants before the 'as-live' broadcast. The same pool of entries will be used throughout the entry period, meaning that an entrant’s chances of winning may decrease throughout the entry period, as entry numbers increase.  By accepting the prize, participants agree to be filmed during the event. Footage may be used on Hits Radio, KISS & Disney+ social media platforms and other promotional materials. These videos may be posted organically and may be amplified through paid promotion.
3. ENTRY PERIOD	Entries must be submitted during the following entry period: Online Pre-registration: From 00:01 AM 22/10/2025 (the “Start Time”) to 10:00 AM 29/10/2025 (“End Time”). See section 2 for specifics over when and how entrants will be picked.  Winners will be informed in advance of the specific day they are due to take part in the on-air part of the Competition. Entries received before the Start Time or after the End Time will be invalid. Winner Announcement. Winners will be announced on the Hits Radio Breakfast show from 27/10/2025 – 31/10/2025 between 06:00 – 10:00 The name and the hometown of the winners will be announced on the Hits Radio Breakfast show each week during the Competition period. 4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS	· Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry. · Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, including any Prize Provider, are not permitted to enter. · We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or winner who does not comply with any of the eligibility criteria and/or is in breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to repeat the competition mechanic or any stage of it in order to draw a winner that fulfils all of the eligibility criteria and is in compliance with these Specific Terms. · If you or any other person at your household has won a prize valued at £500 or more on any Bauer brand in the past 6 months, you nor they are not eligible to enter or win this competition. 5. THE PRIZE	There will be five (5) winners of the Competition. Each winner will receive the following Prize: · Invite to the Alls Fair Female Only Networking Event on 27th November in a location to be confirmed that is Zone 1 in London and will be communicated to winners. Winners must also comply with any applicable requirements or terms and conditions of the event.” · Travel to event (Up to a m of £100 per winner) · 1 nights’ 4-star hotel accommodation in London, based on sharing 10x double occupancy rooms with breakfast · 1 x Invite to the event at private dining room (Location TBC – Zone 1 London) including group dinner and drinks · £500 Cash to the person who enters themselves or is nominated (provided by bank transfer)   PRIZE PROVIDER ‘ELEMENT LTD’ T&C’s · The prize package is for two (2) people over the age of 18, all of whom must be free to travel on the set date provided by the Prize Promoter;  · Travel expenses are included up to the total value of £50 per person, which can be spent on petrol/parking or travel by public transport; All cash allowances listed will be sent via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated account, recipient of funds must be aged 18 years or older; · Accommodation is based on two (2) adults sharing one (1) double occupancy room, in London; Accommodation will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; · A valid credit or debit card for incidentals may be required to guarantee your room on check in and therefore at least one of the travellers must possess and travel with a valid credit or debit card;  · The prize excludes any additional travel costs, meals and drinks, hotel incidentals, excursions, attractions, treatments, personal expenses and anything not expressly stated in the prize package;  · Winners must be available to travel on the 26 and 27 November 2025; the exact set date will be confirmed by the Prize Promoter upon notification of winning; No other date will be offered; if the winner and guest are unable to attend, they will forfeit the complete prize package;  · Once booked, the prize cannot be amended or cancelled;  · Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable; no cash alternative is available;  · If the winner elects not to, or is unable to, use part of the prize, the winner will forfeit that part of the prize package; · The Prize Provider is Element London Ltd. 1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you have submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you any remuneration therefore and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize if applicable. We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

1. MISCELLANEOUS.

• Entries which do not comply with these Specific Terms or the General Competition Terms and Conditions will not be accepted and any entries may be disqualified if we have any reason to suspect that there is a breach of, or non-compliance with, these Specific Terms.
• Where a competition mechanic involves the answering of questions, the correct answers to questions must match our answers to win (or be sufficiently close in our sole reasonable opinion) to be acceptable. In the event of any dispute about any answers given and whether they are correct, we reserve the right to amend what we deem a correct answer, however we are not obliged to, and our decision in either case is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
• You are responsible for all costs of entry and where necessary, obtaining the bill payer’s permission. Please refer to your tariff with your network provider for information about charges you may incur for entry into our competitions via any SMS or phone call entry route.
• We accept no liability for network, technical or signal errors, issues or failures experienced by entrants when entering the competition or at any stage during the mechanic of the competition.
• Whilst on-air, you must not make any inappropriate, profane, indecent, harmful or offensive statements. If you do so we reserve the right to take you off-air immediately and disqualify you from the competition. You may be also disqualified from the competition at any time if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners. Any prize already won may be withdrawn and re-awarded to another entrant.
• As far as it is lawful to do so we exclude our liability for any losses suffered in connection with the Competition or any element of the Prize.

We may cancel, end or suspend the Competition where we are required to do so in circumstances outside our control. We reserve the right to amend these Specific Terms at any stage during the Competition if such amendment is necessary to facilitate the administration of the Competition.
