Great news. Now perhaps also the time to pay more rent to your mum, if you've not already done so? I know she's glad to see you happy and working towards being debt-free but all too often we see parents accepting low payments from adult offspring which depletes their own funds.
At least sit down together and look at the rent costs, any management fees, CT, utilities and insurance and work out half the economic cost.
