What brands provide the best fit guarantee for custom suits?

I’ve been exploring different custom suit brands and noticed that many claim to offer a “fit guarantee,” but not all of them truly deliver on it. Some promise free alterations, while others offer a full remake or refund if the suit doesn’t fit perfectly.

I’d love to hear from anyone who’s actually experienced a reliable fit guarantee — which brands stand behind their promise and make sure you get a perfect fit without the hassle?

If you’ve tried brands like Indochino, Suitsupply, Andreemilio or others, what was your experience like? Any hidden gems you’d recommend?

Most the brands you are talking about are doing made to measure offerings, ie small tweaks of a predesign block. It's a little better than getting a RTW suit and having it altered but it's not night and day.

The best fit will come from a bespoke suit but even then probably not on the first suit you have made and especially if its your first bespoke suit as you'll probably not know what to look for, say etc.

You dont give the most important thing though... budget?

MTM you are going to get the house style, and with Bespoke you should too but can ask not to, so thats another consideration. No point going to Ede & Ravencroft if you want a soft Neapolitan style jacket nor going to Angloitalian if you want a strong English structured style.

Options in London are a lot more than elsewhere.

I've used Luxire for MTM trousers a fair amount and are happy with them. They do jackets too but haven't tried. Shirts are fine but dont like a lot of their fabrics and unlike suiting most of its unbranded so difficult to know how it will be.

Have used various UK and Italian guys for suits (bespoke) but may not be at your price point. If its more than I am thinking also have a look at https://www.permanentstyle.com/2025/07/who-are-my-favourite-made-to-measure-tailors.html
