Moorcroft debt collectors

Hi I'm at the start of my self managed dmp, only started in August. I had an email a few days ago from moorcroft on behalf of marbles stating they would like to speak to me on a personal matter. However the last letter I had from marbles was just saying they terminated my agreement and wanted full payment. No default notice yet. Do u just ignore moorcroft based on this? They called me today also. Thanks
