Prize won but company have now gone silent about delivery

A few weeks ago I found out I won the main prize of the most recent water company competition (won't name - not sure of the rules here) - I was contacted by their marketing team and asked for a address for delivery.
They said they'd get back to me the following week to let me know a delivery date, it's now been 2 weeks since this and my quick "any news" follow up email a few days ago has been completely ignored.
I was wondering what the best thing is - if anything - that I can do. I've never won anything like this before and entered the competition on a whim when I got the email from them a few weeks before.
Thanks for any advice

I would try contacting them again, your email might have been overlooked. Then you can complain to the advertising standards authority0

Congratulations on your win.
If you are on social media sometimes a post on the companies page can speed things up. Something like "so excited to have won a stuffed monkey in your competition - looking forward to receiving my prize soon. Awaiting confirmation of delivery from you"Rational judgement, now, at this very moment.
Virtuous action, now, at this very moment.

Willing acceptance - now, at this very moment - of what you can’t change1 -
agree that would probably work like a charm!Moneybot said:Congratulations on your win.
