Fund annualised returns

When looking at how and where to invest my funds, can anyone help me understand why the annualised returns numbers are different on different web sites for the same fund?
e.g. VHYL Vanguard FTSE AllWld HiDivYld ETF $Dis.
The 5 years annualised trailing return is reported as follows:
Morningstar - 13.42 %
Pickafund - 12.3%
Trading212 - 13.04%
Interactive Investor - 12.39% (even though claims to use Morningstar data).
e.g. VHYL Vanguard FTSE AllWld HiDivYld ETF $Dis.

I don't know the answer but one possible explanation could be that they are looking at different dates. Even a difference of a few days will give different results.1

Dates to and from, share class differences and time of day when the website updates to include the latest valuation snapshot.
