ACI - Fifteen year old Monument debt

Tiber

I have received two letters from ACI in respect of an alleged Monument debt that must be, at least, fifteen years old.
The second letter says that Verify will be visiting me and that a letter letting me know when will be sent to me shortly.
Both letters were sent to an address I left in July and have been forwarded to me by Royal Mail.
I had thought I'd just ignore them but I'm now wondering if that might not be the best thing to do.
Should I send the "statute-barred" letter and tell them my new address? If they only have my old address I think that might work against me.
Do many members send "statute-barred" letters via email these days or is the old Royal Mail Registered Delivery the option of choice?
I'd be grateful for any advice.

When did you last pay the debt?If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0

ACI seem to have acquired a lot of old rubbish recently.
I think I would probably send a prove-it from the correct address. I think court action is unlikely but you don't want them writing to an old address.0
