Advice about overdales please

Good afternoon I am seeking some advice regarding overdales sending me a claim form for an unpaid Zopa credit card.
I was declared bankrupt in January 2019 and issued a 3 year BRO.
I applied for a Zopa credit card and got accepted in April 2023.
I was managing well initially and then found myself in financial difficulty and didn’t pay Zopa.
Fast forward to now I have received a claim letter with a date for a county court judgement.

I spoke to overdales today and asked why they haven’t contacted me previously. They have said I owe £3000 which I’m sure I don’t. I explained to them that I was financially vulnerable back then.
I have asked them to send me my signed credit agreement and a full breakdown of what I owe and what I’ve paid. They have refused.
They said it’s too late to retract the CCJ unless I agree to pay. If I don’t agree to pay I need to fill in a defence form and send it back.
If I do agree a payment plan they will cancel the court.
I would offer to pay but they’re refusing to send me a breakdown and feel like they have added at least 1500 onto my balance.
Please can anyone offer advice?

What is the date on the letter?
You have to deal with it quickly or you will run out of time and a CCJ will be issued by default. If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -
Are Overdales acting for Zopa, or a debt collector?
Did they not send you a Letter before Action/Claim? Are you sure this is a Claim Form (an N1 court form) or is it a letter from Overdrales? Can you post a picture?
Do you have other problem debts at the moment, or other debts you are paying normally?0 -
If it's a claim form it will have an issue date on it
Add 5 days for the service date
You then have 14 days to acknowledge service, which you can do online
And then a further 14 days to submit a defence
Legalbeagles always used to be pretty good on this

Thank you for the replies it is a N1 form for the county court. Overdales are acting for Lowell. I haven’t received any letters from Lowell.I have a couple of small credit cards at the moment that have small balances and are being managed.
I have been trying to rebuild my credit report after my bankruptcy.
I don’t know how to move forward with this.Any advice would be most appreciated.0 -
