fix coming to an end - do I stay or do I go?

MFWannabe, that's interesting. My fixed rate doesn't end till end December. Now I don't know whether to grab the fix on offer now, or wait and see if there is a rate change!

If you go with a new provider it’s a remortgage and subject to checks 
If you stay with current provider it’s just a product switch so no checks unless you want to change the term or borrow more

My fix ends on 31st December, so I can hold out to November if needed..
