The Mortgage Lender - TML Process

Hi Everyone newbie here.
Im wondering if anyone has had any recent experiences with The Mortgage Lender.
My MB done a dip which was approved then submitted full application straight away he advised this went straight to refer which I thought was strange. It came back yesterday with happy to proceed and I was told I will be emailed out documents to sign for dd mandate and declaration as per normal.
My credit file updated on Sunday and I noticed there is a hard search from them I was wondering is this the dip of is it when it went to refer. Also anyone had a straight refer from application getting submitted?
Hoping the next part wont be as long although still not received the documents to sign. My LTV is 40% as providing a 60% deposit from the sale of my property. I am in Scotland

just had a call to say valuation has now been completed.
timeline so far
10th October 2025 - Dip
10th October 2025 - Full Application went straight to refer
13th October 2025 - Hard search showing on credit file and TML contact MB to say happy to proceed.
14th October 2025 - TML contact MB to say valuation has been completed.
still no documents as such to sign yet but hoping with how fast this is moving that an offer is made soon.0
