Cannot stop Vanguard emails.

I moved my SIPP from Vanguard a couple of years ago and closed my ISA but still keep receiving unwanted emails from Vanguard that I cannot reply to as the inbox is not monitored.
I have asked many times for them to stop emailing me.
I have sent many private messages and they keep saying the accounts are closed but I see the ISA has 3p in there (probably interest) so I assume that is why I keep getting emails from them.
I have asked them to send the 3p to my bank, close my account and stop emailing me.
It takes days to get a response.
Anything else I should do in the meantime?

You can contact their data protection officer, contact details will be in their published privacy policy - they'll be more clued up about GDPR requirements to respect customer requests not to be contacted....2

It sounds like you didn't actually close the account, you just transferred out the money from the account. If the account is still open (even if only 3p) they are obliged to keep sending you statements.2

Anything else I should do in the meantime?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!1 -
I moved my SIPP from Vanguard a couple of years ago and closed my ISA but still keep receiving unwanted emails from Vanguard that I cannot reply to as the inbox is not monitored.Transferring from an investment platform to another doesn't close the account. There is potential for interest and dividends to come in after the transfer and platforms tend to keep the accounts open either until you tell them to close the account or a defined period after.I have sent many private messages and they keep saying the accounts are closed but I see the ISA has 3p in there (probably interest) so I assume that is why I keep getting emails from them.Correct. They cannot close an account with a balance on it. They are legally required to provide quarterly statements and various disclosures. You cannot turn those off untl the account is at zero and then closed.

Anything else I should do in the meantime?Getting Vanguard Investor UK to actually CLOSE an account is nil on impossible! We've tried repeatedly over the past few years, their back office admin is rubbish. They have been pestering us for additional personal information on accounts which have been inactive and closed for several years. They are useless!Even if they close the investment accounts, they won't remove your login and personal profile and will continue to email you. They suggest you make a 'Right to be forgotten request'. In order for them to remove all your data from our records...

The SIPP is closed, they told me a couple of years ago that the ISA was closed.
It looks as though sometime after that the ISA interest was added.
MY DD to Vanguard was cancelled years ago.
I do not receive statements, it is asking me for additional information.
Will they be able to bank transfer such a small amount, 3p so that I can try to permanently close my account?
Maybe there is a minimum amount for a bank transfer.
I would just leave it but I wanted my personal details deleted from their database in case of any hacks which seem to be more common recently.0 -

Send you a 3p stamp?0 -
its all very normal for there to be residual income after withdrawal.
