Have I missed something - like a chance to pay outstanding NI

I have been checking my application to pay Class 2 NI for the time that I was out of the country to take advantage of the extension. I first submitted my form in March 2023. I have since submitted a further two identical forms with the same information at their request, the last one in Sept 2024. I have checked 'Check Progress' monthly and completion dates have changed each time, always later. Last time I checked it said it would be completed 08 October 2025. Today I checked and my submission page says it's 'in progress' but my Check Progress date says it was completed 04 June 2025. I have not had any notification of decision and I am now confused as to whether my application has been completed or not. Anybody else had the same? Thanks and aggggghhhhhhhhh!

I submitted CF83 or whatever it's called in 2022 and I had the same changing completion dates, and at some point it dropped off the tracker completely. In the end I could start paying. It took a while (about 3 months iirc), and the tracker was not helpful at all.

In 2023 I asked the German pension service to take my UK years into account and for that they needed to contact their UK counterpart - that took over a year all in all. So that had overlapped with the deadline extensions to pay pre 2016, so I assume that was why this took so much longer than my application for Class 2 contributions.
