Just had Docusign form returned, with my new AIB current acc number and sort code added.

I completed the convoluted application on Saturday, received docusign stuff on Monday. According to docusign AIB have completed their side of signing the agreement yesterday but I still have no notification or sortcode/account number yet. I hope like others this isn't as bad as the danske switch experience in 2024.

Hi, did you receive Docusign forms a second time?
If so the AIB account number should be on page 4 of the document. Thats where i found it.
First time when you complete the Docusign forms the new AIB account number is missing, then after you return it they send it back again (2 days later in my case)with the new account details entered.

Hi Aidan, haven't received docusign forms for second time as yet but showing as completed in docusign yesterday.
Thanks for the advice, still nothing from AIB yet. I wonder if they are holding back until they have started my switch? I have asked for my switch to be done 24th October.

Just went into docusign and downloaded completed agreement and as Aidanmc said I now have sortcode and account number however still haven't received docusign forms for second time and no other communication from AIB.

Ok, i think i know what happened.
After initially completing the Docusign forms did you sign up to Docusign (make a password at end)?
I didnt bother with this, so when AIB filled out account info on form, Docusign sent it back to me in an email, so i was able to go in an see my account detail.
Anyway doesn't really matter now, you have the info.
Next step AIB will send online banking info by post.

Thanks Aidan, yeah I signed up to docusign (made a password at the end). What you did and got back via docusign makes sense, just glad to have the info now. Will wait for online banking info by post.

Received my debit card and pin, just waiting now on online banking details so i can open the Regular saver.

Got the Docusign documents back today and in it is my sort code and account number. So that seems to be it for Docusign? I just need to wait now for an activation code by post?

This is such a convoluted switching process!

Received my debit card and pin (from Dublin), also a letter from AIB in Belfast confirming sortcode and account number. Switch seems to be on track for Friday 24th so just waiting on online banking details now.
