We're excited to partner with Jenny Lucas, a trauma-informed coach, podcast host, and author who specializes in supporting late-diagnosed autistic and ADHD women. After spending 16 years as a teacher before burnout led to her own dual diagnosis at 37, Jenny understands firsthand the complex journey of discovering you're neurodivergent in midlife.

As founder of Audhdistically Me, Jenny has helped hundreds of women navigate the identity shifts that follow diagnosis. She's also the host of Autism, ADHD and Us Three podcast and author of the upcoming book Autism, ADHD and Me: A No BS Guide to Life After Diagnosis (October 2025).

Jenny is a certified trauma-informed somatic coach and positive psychology practitioner who believes in straight-talking, practical support over toxic positivity.

Each winning session includes:

60 minutes of focused, personalized coaching
Help identifying your biggest challenge or "stuck" point post-diagnosis
Practical strategies tailored to your specific situation
Tools for unmasking safely and preventing future burnout
A clear next step to move forward with confidence
Whether you're struggling with identity questions, workplace challenges, parenting as a neurodivergent mother, or simply feeling overwhelmed by your diagnosis, these sessions are designed to give you that crucial "lightbulb moment" – the clarity and direction you need to take your next step forward.

Jenny's approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and refreshingly honest. No fluff, just real support for real challenges.
