FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

Opening/closing date & time:

●  Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/winwebsite (“Website”) on Friday 10 October 2025.
●  Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4:00 p.m. on Friday 7 November 2025.

Winner selection & contact:

●   The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
●   Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

 

There is one (1) prize consisting of a selection of SMUG products (“SMUG Bundle”) and a £100 (one hundred pounds) e-Voucher to spend at SleepSmug.com (the “E-Voucher”).

 

(i) SMUG Bundle

 

This element of the prize consists of the following products:

The SMUG Bundle will be delivered to the winner’s home address. The winner may be required to sign for the delivery.

 

(ii) E-Voucher

 

This element of the prize consists of one (1) £100 -Voucher to spend at sleepsmug.com.

 

The E-Voucher will be sent by the prize provider to the winner of the Prize Draw via email and will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue. The e-Voucher can be used on any purchase at SleepSmug.com, including delivery charges, and may be used towards multiple transactions and in conjunction with other offers.  

 

The value of any monetary balance of the E-Voucher may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. If the winner’s order is worth more than one hundred pounds (£100), the winner must pay any cost over one hundred pounds (£100).

 

Please note that if the E-Voucher becomes invalid due to insolvency events (including but not limited to liquidation or administration) affecting the prize provider, the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances and no alternative prize will be provided.

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).
