Salary sacrifice documentation incorrect

I have requested an early termination quote to get out of a salary sacrifice scheme. The quote was extremely high and did not equate to the calculations set out in the policy scheme I signed. On questioning the quote I was informed I was on a different scheme and had infact signed the incorrect policy scheme documentation ( provided by them). My question is is this a breech of contract or actually make the contract void ?

I'm guessing it's car hire, but it could be cycle-to-work or something else. It would be helpful to know what!

Most salary sacrifice schemes are related to pension contributions, which are generally very easy to get in and out of (assuming your employer offers such a scheme). So yes, assuming this isn't pension related (it sounds like it isn't) it would be good to get more info.

Has there been an eligible "life event" allowing the SS scheme to be exited?

Sorry yes it is a car scheme , it is a dispute over the cost of the early release fee. Not just that but the terms and conditions form for my employer specifies an early release fee of A,  the terms and conditions i signed at beginning of contract specifies an early release fee of B, they are saying I signed the wrong form but I still need to pay the A fee I have said no as that is not what I signed to agree to. Second to that I questioned if the contract is actually valid given the incorrect document was supplied at commencement of contract ?
