Once completed there is a button at the very bottom of the page that will say "format for MSE".

A lot of the essential outgoings are missing from that soa like rent, utilities, food, fuel etc. As said above by @Grumpelstiltskin use the link provided and format for MSE then copy and paste here. That soa shows you are able to afford minimums so you will probably not be accepted for a DMP by stepchange especially with a £200 a month outgoing on tobacco. I have never smoked so appreciate it is difficult to quit but from a purely financial point of view it makes sense that you both try and give up with the help of your GP.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Debt free Wannabe, Budgeting and Banking and Savings and Investment boards.
