I like these too. Yummy in pittas with hummus and feta. Also great on pizza, in pasta sauces, in salads with cucumber, olives, red onions and feta (they're really good with feta).

another recipe: red pepper hummous, another nigella one. I bought a tin of these peppers just for this recipe! haven't tried it yet though.

Fab! MIL gave me a large jar of these ages ago and I didn't think I'd ever use them.

Houmous a la Nigella sounds tasty!

    Thanks

This one does it for me! Sounds like a great dip for a party. Wonder how long it lasts in the fridge. Could be buying more of these! Thanks for all suggestions.

I have a recipe in one of my Good Food books for "Posh Cheese on Toast" which calls for either these or tomato relish, and is roughtly this:

Half a ciabatta and grill the rounded sides first. Then spread the cut sides with either the peppers or tomato relish, add some chopped black olives and crumble some goats cheese over the top. Grill until the cheese melts. Top with fresh rocket.
Yeah, whatever. I'm a grown up, I can take it...
