Debt recovery

Hi purchased motorcycle in May, I had received an over payment but unaware of it. I received debt recovery emails/phone call but no contact from Superbike factory. I had blocked them because I was getting so many emails selling me bikes. I would have thought I should have received a formal posted letter, any advise would be appreciated
regards
Iain

    More detail required.

What did they pay YOU for?

If you had blocked their emails then it seems obvious to an outsider that they would've tried to contact you in that period and possibly assumed you were ignoring them.

As you have acknowledged you do owe them suggest you make an offer to whoever is chasing the debt before they escalate the recovery action.

So you own them the over payment.
Best to contact them & arrange payment or payment plan.

Thanks for every bodies input, My point is that companies are meant to give you a fair chance to pay them. I would have thought a letter by post would be a requirement but yeh emails the sales man had sent numerous text message before I exchanged the bikes
    Another learning cover, I suppose

Presumably you have now received a letter from ??  somebody????  So pay back the amount that was overpaid and that should be the end of it.
