I'm hoping for advice.
I found out that in 2012 I received a remediation applied to a together loan. This was applied as a credit to the loan, not issued to myself.
However that remediation has been reclaimed in the high SVR rates on the loan and the mortgage.
I have been advised that it has to be applied to the loan.
This was due to errors in paperwork and information provided on the signing of both.
If it has been invested by myself I would have been better off, instead the remediation because of there faults has certainly not been a punishment or fine.
Any advice or anyone else tried to complain?

Must admit I have no idea what you're talking about.
Is there a letter or other paperwork that you can post on here (blocking out the personal bits) that would explain the situation?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. is it something to do with your previous post? maybe this needs to be on the mortgage board to get the info you might need.

Any advice or anyone else tried to complain?If this was a removal of interest and/or fees/charges that were incorrectly applied to your account then yes, that would be applied to your account balance and not issued to you.If the credits were correctly applied then they put you back in the position you should have been in, so no, subsequent interest rates did not 'reclaim' the amount of the credit.

@MWT thanks. But damn .
I'm stuck with Heliodor unfortunately as became wheelchair bound and unable to work. I have already paid so much more than when forecasted at my start interest rate.
I was hoping I was misinformed but your answer is clear. Thank you.
Even if I some how was able to move the mortgage then, they can increase my interest on the together loan to 15% .
