Thank you for your help up to this point, I have now been credited with the £44 I was owed and have redeemed £40.00.
This leaves £4.00 (£2 on each voucher) in Cadooz. As Spectos pays out in £25, I will not be able to add this money to any vouchers I receive in the future.
My question is, do you know if it is possible to pay cash into Cadooz to increase the credit amount so I can withdraw money? I would need to add £1 to each card to withdraw £3 with Amazon. They are the only company that I would be interested in redeeming vouchers with who allow a low number. All others only go to £10.00 minimum.

Well done in getting it resolved so quickly.I don’t think that you can add cash. But if you have £4 credit on there can’t you get one £3 amazon voucher and just leave £1. I thought it all your credit on there is amalgamated, regardless of which vouchers it came in on.All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.
