Hargreaves Lansdown OEICs factsheets

Has anyone else noticed that certain items of information (inc details of the top 10 shareholdings & detailed geographical breakdown) seems to have been missing from a number of OEIC Factsheets for quite some time now.
Perhaps I may be one of the few who makes use of this information on a fairly regular basis.

I do not use HL for this type of info, for that reason.1

Yes, I use HL for running our ISAs and my SIPP and have noticed the same, missing info on Top 10 Holdings and sometimes out of date factsheets. I tend to use Trustnet or go directly to the providers' websites for up to date into. I haven't asked HL why this is so, just assumed they are cutting back to save costs, same as every other service provider. So many companies don't look at themselves the way their customers do.Has anyone else noticed that certain items of information (inc details of the top 10 shareholdings & detailed geographical breakdown) seems to have been missing from a number of OEIC Factsheets for quite some time now.

I am, in fact, in contact with HL about this and have been for over a month now. I have been given a reason but no timescale for resumption of the info re-appearing. Just wondered if I was alone in finding this to be an issue.PhoneBook said:

I think one of the problems is that they do not use well known sources of info as their provider ( such as Morningstar or Trustnet) .

I suppose many of HL's customers use ETFs or similar instead of OEICs because of their charging structure. Is there the same problem?0

I would guess that any HL customers on this forum would be using mainly ETFs, because of the charging structuresquirrelpie said:I suppose many of HL's customers use ETFs or similar instead of OEICs because of their charging structure. Is there the same problem?
However I suspect that the average HL customer would not know what an ETF was, or know anything about the pricing cap.

I am an HL SIPP customer invested in OEIC funds
Have noticed this myself - most funds do not have Top 10 holdings at all in the fund main summery page ...from what i can see.
(Actually i think all funds i have seen are missing this info)
Some do not have any information on Top 10 holdings, sectors, countries.
Not a huge deal as that info is readily available elsewhere - but it is their job to provide that basic information.1 -
Glad to see I’m not the only one who uses this info regularly - not just for my own portfolio, but also for several family members.Xenon said:I am an HL SIPP customer invested in OEIC funds

I often use the ‘Portfolio Analysis’ tool/tab but have no idea if this is impacted in any way.1
