I appealed a private parking ticket with one of the templates on the forum. They have since rejected the appeal and now being chased with the attached. 

Any help please?

Set up in Covid-deep 2020 by 2 Ghanaian (now resigned) and 1 Jamaican nationals. Like a number of PPCs set up by citizens of other countries, one has to question whether the UK Govt has provided these individuals with permission to work (and penalise UK citizens)?
