Prize: There is one (1) prize in the Sweepstakes. The prize will consist of a trip for one (1)

winner and one (1) guest to a to-be-determined 2026 Minnesota Vikings home game (the “Game”)

at U.S. Bank Stadium (the “Stadium”) in Minneapolis, Minnesota (ARV: USD$4,500).

The prize includes:

• Round-trip coach class airfare for two (2) between a commercial airport near winner’s

residence and Minneapolis, Minnesota, as determined by Vikings in its sole discretion.

• Four (4) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at the

Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, Minnesota (the “Hotel”), as determined in the sole

discretion of the Vikings;

• Ground transportation from the Hotel to and from the Stadium on the day of the Game, as

determined in the sole discretion of the Vikings; and

• Two (2) lower level game tickets (seat location selected by Vikings in its sole discretion) to

the Game

All costs and expenses not specifically included herein are solely the winner’s responsibility. Travel

restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Vikings will follow up with the winner to communicate the

exact date of the Game and related travel.

The winner’s guest must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or be the minor child or legal ward

of the winner. All airfare and hotel accommodation booking arrangements will be administered by

Vikings or Vikings’ authorized designee and shall be made approximately three (3) months in advanceof the Game; provided that winner shall provide Vikings with the full name, date of birth and passport

number of the winner and winner’s guest. All travel must be booked prior to departure. Travel is

subject to capacity controls, availability, weather, seasonal influences, and certain other restrictions,

all of which are subject to change. No changes will be made to travel details once any element(s)

of the travel arrangements have been booked, except in Vikings’ sole discretion.

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel

is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules and those set forth by any

Vikings’ travel prize supplier, as detailed in any contract issued by such supplier. If the winner elects

to travel without a guest, no additional compensation will be awarded.

The winner and his/her guest are each solely responsible for obtaining any desired or necessary

travel documents (including passports). The winner and his/her guest hereby acknowledges that

Vikings have not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance for

any part of the prize. The winner and his/her guest are responsible for all in-room charges (e.g.,

mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, Wi-Fi internet, meals, beverages, gratuities, upgrades, personal

incidentals, amenities and any other fees and expenses not specifically mentioned in these Official

Rules. The winner will be required to provide a major credit card upon hotel check-in and all in-

room charges will be charged to such credit card.

Game tickets are awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to the

winner and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce,

transferred, given away, donated, or otherwise conveyed. A violation of these restrictions shall

revoke winner’s license, and may result in the prize not being honored.

Winner and guest must abide by all venue policies and Game ticket terms and conditions. The

Vikings reserve the right to revoke the Game tickets from winner and/or guest who the Vikings or

Stadium personnel deem, in their sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, or have

violated any venue policy or law.

Total Approximate Value: Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500). Actual prize value is subject

to fluctuations in the price of air travel and hotel accommodations and winner will not receive the

difference between actual value and approximate value. The odds of winning depend on the number

of eligible entries received.

Prize is not redeemable for cash. Taxes on the prize, if any, are solely the responsibility of the winner.

Winner will not be required to make any payments to Vikings.
