Like Fatbelly says I would just ignore them completely now unless they send a letter before action. These companies will try anything to try and get payment from people, but if they haven't provided the CCA then you can defend any claim. There's no point bringing attention to yourself when they have probably tried the same thing with lots of other debts, leave it to them.1

Update. I have been sent the same pack of statements again today. I have asked that any other documents be provided so they can be assessed.
