Restriction on our property

Hi, We are at the end stage of a remortgage but have hit a brick wall due to a restriction against our address?? We were referred to Lowells Portfolio to discuss the restriction after several calls to them from both my husband and I (the mortgage holders) they confirmed there was no restriction against either of us and provided us with written confirmation of this but still the remortgage lender we have gone with Santander are insisting there is still a restriction?

We both provided Check My File reports which our mortgage advisor has confirmed as clear for both of us?! He is now consulting with solicitors advice to see where we go from here?/ Can any one advise us what else we can do please to get this remortgage over the line and free up some much needed money for us!?

Starting point I'd suggest is to pay £7 to download a copy of your title from the land registry to see what it shows if you haven't already done so?

(Don't pay more than £7 as that would mean you'd landed on one of the helpful sites that charges a massive premium to download it for you).
